The Government announced today that they intend to ban referral fees in personal injury claims. Details of when and how the ban will be implemented are unknown.
If or when any ban arises MAPS is well placed to adapt to this fundamental change to the legal industry.
We have been working on this possibility for the last couple of years and structured our company financially and systematically for any such change in the law.
