Claim Handler - Manchester

Main Responsibilities

* Responsible for RTA claims from instruction through to settlement.
* Manage own caseload of claims using diary management/complying with company targets

Main Skills & Experience Needed

* Must have at least 1 Year RTA non fault claims experience, particularly ULR
* Must have excellent communication skills
* Must have the knowledge and ability to advise customers accordingly with regards to liability and quantum during the entire claims process, meeting customers expectations throughout
