We have used MAPS Legal Assistance for the last 5 years and their service has been second to none.

Over many years previously, we used a considerable number of Uninsured Loss providers who started off with the best intentions but whose level of service soon dropped off. This has never been the case with MAPS who are as attentive now as they were at the start.

My staff find their on-line claims reporting and tracking both time saving and extremely helpful. We particularly like the automated acknowledgements, and their regular case up-dates eliminates the need to continually chase for a present position. MAPS are also able to provide a like-for-like vehicle without any problems when a client needs a replacement which is not “the norm”.

None of them has provided the high level of service, backup and reliability for our clients that we have received from MAPS.
