April 1st isn’t just April Fools day
Posted on: 31 January 2013April Fools’ Day is celebrated in many countries on April 1 every year. Sometimes referred to as All Fools’ Day. April 1 is not a national holiday, but is widely recognised and celebrated as a day when people play practical jokes and hoaxes on each other.
Unfortunately, the implementation on 1st April 2013 of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 (LASPO) is no joke.
